Q：Can you accept small order quantities?

A：Yes. We do not have a fixed minimum order quantity (MOQ), supporting both flexible small-batch trial orders and large-scale bulk production.

Q：Do you provide design and artwork support?

A：We provide free basic design and artwork support on custom orders. Simply send us your logo, idea, or sketch, and our in-house team will prepare a digital mock-up for your review. 

Q：What are your accepted payment terms and shipping options?
A：We accept T/T (Wire Transfer), PayPal, and Western Union for your convenience. For delivery, we offer competitive worldwide express shipping via DHL, FedEx, and UPS, as well as air/ocean freight. We can also follow your specific shipping instructions or coordinate directly with your appointed forwarder.

Q：Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

A：Yes! We provide stock samples for fabric and quality evaluation, as well as customized pre-production samples with your design to ensure colors and printing meet your exact expectations. Please contact sales@bespoketshirts.com to request a sample.

Q：Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

A：Yes, we are a direct manufacturing factory. We manage the full end-to-end production process under one roof—from artwork design and fabric cutting to printing, stitching, quality inspection, and export logistics. This ensures consistent quality, strict turnaround times, and competitive direct-factory pricing.

Q：What is your standard production turnaround time?

A：Sample proofs typically take 5–7 business days. Bulk mass production usually takes 12–18 business days after sample approval, depending on the order quantity and design complexity. Rush orders can also be accommodated upon request.

Q：How do you ensure product quality and color accuracy?

A：We implement strict QC at every production stage—from raw fabric inspection and inline printing checks to a 100% final inspection before packing.

Q：Can I mix different sizes and garment colors in one order?

A：Yes! You can freely mix sizes and colors with the same design. 

Q：What printing methods do you offer?

A：We provide Heat Transfer, Screen Printing, Direct-to-Film (DTF), Full Sublimation, and Embroidery to best match your design and fabric.
